Yes. We're happy to build your website for a one-time fee. Our monthly fee is for clients who want periodic maintenance — including compliance, security, and updates.
What does the monthly fee include?
Uptime monitoring and an immediate response if your website goes down, ongoing maintenance, compliance and security updates, and most content changes you need.
My website needs a major change — is that included?
If you go through major changes frequently, we can set up a plan that covers the work you need. If you only expect the occasional change, we'll charge a one-time fee that matches the work. As per our agreement, we're clear and up-front before starting anything — no unsavory surprises.
